ARTWORK FOR BURGEES & LOGOS

You must provide satisfactory artwork which MUST be sharp, crisp and clear black on white. No halftones, multicolor, grayscale background, or saw tooth ragged edges from low resolution printers.

Faxed artwork is never acceptable under any circumstances.

When you provide satisfactory artwork, our task of converting to our production system is
quick and easy, and preparation charges are non-existent or minimal.

If your artwork is not 100% perfect, in some cases we can devote some time and work some magic to "clean up" minor imperfections as necessary. We will charge appropriately for this time and effort.

If the artwork submitted is of such poor quality that it would result in an unsatisfactory product,
we can not accept the order. Such artwork would require a complete new rendering,
and since we are not graphic artists, we do not create primary artwork.

Often the QUICKEST and EASIEST way to provide your artwork is simply to mail it by
first class mail or FedEx.We can then quickly scan it into our system.

E-mailed artwork is acceptable ONLY as specified here:
VECTOR FILE: AI - CDR - PLT - HPGL
BITMAP must be high resolution: TIF - JPG - PSD

DO NOT send DOC, PDF, PPT, or EPS

We have hundreds of club's burgees already prepared. To see the complete list,
click on the BURGEE icon at the top of the SITE NAVIGATOR to the left.
Some burgees are straight, some waving, some with a flagstaff, some without.

For clubs whose burgee is not already prepared, we have extensive burgee references which
may include yours which can serve as a guide. If your burgee is simply stripes and stars,
we may be ableto use an existing template to create your new artwork,
charging appropriately for the time and effort.

If your burgee shows more esoteric elements such as letters, anchors, birds, lighthouses, etc.,
you must provide us satisfactory artwork.
