Standard ENGRAVED LETTERING
CHARGE… 20¢ per letter or numeral. ( There is NO CHARGE for punctuation. ) |

Larger Quantities? An
order of 10+ pcs. of the SAME ITEM with the SAME LAYOUT ordered at the same time, we reduce the charge by 3¢ per letter. The text does NOT have to be identical - details, names, etc. may vary. |

Production Quantities of several dozen of the SAME ITEM with
the SAME ENGRAVING ( no Changes ) result in significant savings. We are happy to quote based on your needs. |

Lettering Fonts Our
standard lettering font is the ROMAN style which is shown on the engraved examples. We have other serif & san serif fonts available, if you have a specific font in mind, ask. Occasionally we engrave SCRIPT lettering. Some SPECIALTY FONTS such as old english are available. Ask for the font that you have in mind & its engraving cost. |

Complex layouts and specific
formats, fonts, services, etc. that require special time & attention may require modest additional charges. |

Complex Logos, Crests &
Designs As our engraving reputation increases, we see custom logos and crests of increasing complexity and challenge. We may charge more for such engraving. |

If you provide us with artwork
that we can seamlessly and easily integrate into our engraving system. We need sharp, crisp, clear BLACK & WHITE artwork no half tones - no multicolor - no gray scale background - no sawtooth edges from low resolution printers. E-mail artwork to us from a PC system ( we do NOT work in MAC ). The e-mailed attachment can be in any of these formats: AI, CDR, TIFF, JPEG NOT - PDF, PPT, EPS, or DOC You can also mail a hard copy which we can scan into our system. We can NOT work from artwork that is fuzzy and low resolution such as cocktail napkins, screen printed or embroidered shirts, stationery where bleeding obscures detail, or FAX'S |

TOOLING CHARGES Will
apply if we have to spend time to clean up or hunt down artwork. When we see the artwork you have, we can quote these charges before beginning the project. |

About the time and effort that
we put into every engraving… We know that each trophy, award,
and gift will have a special meaning to each recipient. Therefore, we must first understand your recognition and the message so that we can appropriately emphasize and highlight. We then design the engraving layout to conform to the specific item's geometry. For example, Revere bowls look best with a horizontal engraving layout and longer lines of text are possible. Alternatively, cups and vases look best with a vertical engraving layout, so we design with short lines of text and arrange the message vertically. |
